Who we are
Rob Meta Solution rents Meta and Google advertising accounts and advertising setups to businesses. You can contact us at [email protected] or on Telegram at @RobNat27.
Data we collect
From the website contact form: your name, Telegram username, email (optional), the service you are interested in, your expected monthly ad spend and your message. The form sends this to our Telegram so we can reply to you.
From the AdControl portal (only for clients we give access to): name, email, sign-ins with IP address and device (for security), requests you send us and our replies.
From the Meta Marketing API, read-only and only for the ad accounts our clients share with us: ad account name and ID, account status, spending limit, amount spent, and campaign results (impressions, clicks, purchases and purchase value).
- We do not collect personal data of the people who see the ads.
- We do not create, edit or pause campaigns through the API: access is read-only.
- We do not sell or rent data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Why we use it
- Replying to requests sent from the website.
- Providing the service: monitoring spend and remaining credit, alerting when an account is disabled, calculating the agreed fee, handling top-up requests.
- Keeping the portal secure (sign-in protection, device list).
- Meeting legal and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you ask for (GDPR art. 6.1.b), our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention (art. 6.1.f), and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
Who we share it with
Only with the technical providers we need to run the service, bound by data protection terms: Cloudflare (website hosting), our server provider (portal hosting in the EU), Telegram (form messages), Google Fonts (fonts loaded by the website) and internal organisation tools such as Notion. Meta is the source of the advertising data and receives no personal data from us.
How long we keep it
- Website requests: up to 12 months if you do not become a client.
- Client data and requests: for the whole business relationship, then up to 2 years; data linked to payments and invoices up to 10 years, as required by tax law.
- Advertising data read from Meta: for the relationship, then deleted on request or within 2 years.
- Security logs: up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Data deletion
To delete your data, write to [email protected] or on Telegram with the subject "Data deletion" and the email or ad account (act_…) concerned. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply, except what we must keep by law.
You can stop the AdControl app from reading your ad accounts at any time: in Meta Business Settings, remove our business as partner (or remove the system user's access) from your ad accounts. Reading stops immediately.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
